We did some relaxation time to try to regain our focus.
In grade 4 math we’ve been working on place value through problem solving iPad manipulatives, and working in small groups to write numbers on a place value chart in different ways. For example, 2345 could be 1 thousand + 13 hundreds + 3 tens + 15 ones.
We have also been practicing addition and subtraction facts using Jet Ski Addition and Grand Prix Multiplication on Math Playground in both grades.
